Projektbeschreibung

ROLE: COMMERCIAL MANAGER

LOCATION: LONDON

DURATION: 4+ Months Initially with possible extension

ROLESEvaluation; Contract Award and Contract Mobilization phases for one of the four allocated groups of bidders within the competition.
- Relevant contract development and change management
- Bidder requirements clarification presentations support
- Providing support to bidder events delivery as required
- ITN phase bidder management
- 4 rounds of bidder requirements clarification and commercial negotiation
- Bidder communication management
- Engagement with the ITN Logistics; Bidder Data Room; and Program Management teams
- Internal stakeholder engagement and communication (Operations and Policy SME's; Legal Advisors; Financial Advisors etc.)
- Engagement with MoJ Commissioning
- Building strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external bodies; and utilising best practices to lead and manage staff and resource effectively
- Providing professional advice, written and oral, to senior managers
- Good negotiation planning and delivery experience
- Experience of complex, large scale procurements
- Re-engineering supply and value chains;
- Commercial finance and analytical skills

ESSENTIAL: MCIPS or equivalent professional qualification/experience

DESIRABLE: Experience of government procurement
