Tendering and Placing contracts in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations
- Knowledge of EU Directives/Procurement Law.
- Experience of using the defence framework "FATS"
- Good interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ideally experience in Defence Contracting or as a minimum experience in Govt contracting - Knowledge of Finance/Procurement systems - ideally the Oracle Peoplesoft application
- Ideally CIPS qualified.
1. Experience of Defence Contracting
2. Experience of Govt contracting
3. Experience in Account Management and subsequent delivery of procurements
4. Experience of using FATS Desirable
5. Experience of Finance/Procurement systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft
6. Track record in delivering complex procurements in a defence industry
