A major utilities consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager on an initial 3 - 6 month basis.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong commercial background.
- Numerous years experience with NEC contracts.
- Experience within the construction industry is essential.
- Superb communication and negotiation skills.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Industry experience within the water sector would be massively advantageous.
- Consultancy experience would be ideal.
DAY TO DAY ROLE:
As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing and reporting on multiple, concurrent projects. You will be responsible for cost reporting, design, procurement and risk management, using your experience of NEC and superb communication skills to ensure that relationships are managed effectively to ensure the best outcome for the client.
- RATE: £350 - £400 per day
- LOCATION: Midlands
