Position: Commercial Manager.
Location: Thurso, Caithness.
Length: 12 months +.
Hours: 37.92 per week.
Rate: £50 to £55 per hour
OBJECTIVE
Manage the supply chain and provide commercial support to for our client who operates within the nuclear decommissioning sector.
DELIVERABLES (FOR CONTRACT)
* Manage the procurement of goods and services for potentially complex or high risk requirements. Manage the Project teams through the sanctioning and validation process. Develop acquisition and contracting strategies . Negotiate settlements to complex claims. Monitor clients interests in the NDA's collaborative procurement initiative. Provide specialist commercial and procurement advice to our client
ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE SKILLS
* CIPS Chartered or equivalent. Proven contract management/procurement experience within a highly regulated sector
