Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager required with current SC Clearance for a major Public Sector organisation

The individual will provide a commercial lead on one transaction but will be expected to work flexibly across the programme according to priority. The post will report directly to the head of the commercial team who is commercially responsible for delivery of each sale. Close working with project staff and external advisers is essential as is expertise and experience of complex acquistion and ideally, merger and acquistions. Specific activities may include preparation of commercial strategies, informal market engagement, management of the formal sale process, development of contractual documention, support to bid evaluation, participation in negotiations and management of intellectual property and export control issues. The individual may be required to participate in governance processes and support internal approval and assurance processes

Based London with travel to Bristol, Southampton
