Commercial Lending Case Handler

My client is a global bank and they urgently require strong candidates to work on their Interest Rate Swap cases.

This role will involve facing off to medium and small clients who have been miss-sold loans.

Skills and previous experience required are;

* Previous experience working for a Corporate or Investment Bank
* Commercial Lending experience
* Risk focused
* Front/Middle Office background
* Personable and previous experience dealing with clients face-to-face
* Analytical
* Previous Redress experience

My client is not looking for PPI case handlers. Experience required is very specific to corporate/investment banking and commercial lending.
