An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the Health division of our large FTSE100 organisation (Can be based either Leicestershire or Sheffield) for a maternity cover contract.

The role will be reporting into the Finance Director of Organisational Health

Overview of Role:

- Being the primary contact in the business for all pricing queries.
- Ensuring that new products are fairly priced, whilst being profitable to the business and competitive against the industry.
- Regularly reviewing the existing suite of products and services .
- Keeping in regular contact with the clinics team and the Supplier Relationship Manager .
- Completing pricing documents, for tender submissions. This includes Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and Occupational Health (OH) financial modelling, to ensure that pricing is tailored to the client's needs - incorporating the mix of different methods delivery (mobile units, on site, internal and external clinics), and using different skillsets to deliver the products.
- Compiling and presenting a P&L, for large clients, to the SMT in bid appraisal (blackhat) meetings.
- Maintaining the EAP financial model that is widely used by Sales Support and the Account Managers.
- Reviewing and approving NBNs that come through the admin teams, to ensure that Account Managers have used the correct pricing for new clients, and existing clients with new products.
- Support the Affinity Partnership business with their financial modelling for on boarding new clients, and renewing existing clients.
- Providing regular updates to the business on client and product profitability.

Essential Experience/Skills:

The Commercial Finance Manager should be qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Strong IT skills including advanced excel, PowerPoint etc are necessary along with strong analytical skills. Strong attention to detail is required along with proven staff management
