Our Federal Government client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Commercial Equipment Manager (CEM). The CEM will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for the equipment purchasing and support requirements under the ADC-U Project.

Broadly, the responsibilities will involve two packages of work, the first being mandatory, the second being an option, exercised by the Commonwealth if the selected applicant is successful in delivering against Phase 1 requirements.

DELIVERABLES:

The successful applicant is to act as the CEM reporting to the Project Manager and will deliver Project Management services in accordance with the Project Schedule - Spiral 1.

The following is a list of Project Deliverables:

Phase 1

- Coordination and development of RFT documentation for Delegate approval,
- Coordination and development of RFT evaluation documentation for Delegate approval,
- Coordination and development of Acquisition contract documentation for Delegate approval,
- Metrics reporting in accordance with the PMP and Project Implementation Plan (PIP),
- Team member for the completion of the PIP,
- Attendance at management reporting meetings as directed by the Project Manager,
- Weekly input to Project Management reporting.

Phase 2

- Coordination with the Service Representative and Unit Representatives for the rollout of the Project including responsibilities to manage unit level implementation activities in accordance with the PIP.
- Attendance at management reporting meetings as directed by the Project Manager,
- Weekly input to Project Management reporting.

These activities will also include acting collaboratively with the other PMO staff positions, namely the Commercial Equipment Manager (CEM) and the Service Implementation Manager (SIM).
