Commercial Director - Sales, Channel - Hampshire - CONTRACT

Highly experience exec level Commercial Director is needed by a renown organisation to take a high profile leadership role in the management and delivery of a range of the businesses core service areas and departments, with particular emphasis on sales and marketing.

The role will oversee areas such as Sales, Marketing, licensing, through to business support and customer services, to ensure ongoing engagement, revenues and profits are maintained and built upon.

The Commercial Director will ensure the business divisions are properly targeted and lead, through innovative strategies to deliver long term integration and sustainable growth. This will involve helping in the identification of new business channels, services, strategies and enhancing customer relationships.

Prior experience operating in a Head of Commercial (and or Sales) or CxO or Sales Director level capacity will been needed for this Commercial Director position. Direct evidence of delivering ideally into B2B, B2C and B2G sectors will be important, with specific focus on the B2B arena being key.

There are a number of key objectives identified for this interim assignment, a number of which revolve around revamping and driving a new sales approach.

This assignment is likely to be a 12 month engagement. Rates are negotiable on experience but expected to be in the region of £600 - £650 a day + VAT.
