- MUST have Health sector experience in a senior role (director) of at least 10 years, with a good understanding of the impact of reformation over that period of time.
- Possess special skills in procurement frameworks, contract negotiation and management specialist skills in bid formation, resilient and credible to a wide range of stakeholders,
- Experience of new business start-up, strong understanding and experience of commercial and health sector environments and experience of large scale change programmes
