Banking client in Northampton require a Commercial Contracts Manager. This contract is until the end of the year and paying £300/day.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure an effective management of client/customer contracts whilst ensuring governance requirements are adhered to.
Focus of responsibilities will be on maintaining and improving existing processes as well as designing, developing and implementing new processes where necessary to ensure an effective Contracts Management function is maintained.
The role holder will also be responsible ensuring the effective administration of contracts, the monitoring and enforcement of controls and audits within the Contracts Management function and promoting best practice.
Role holder will also have an opportunity to review and have key inputs into potential technology and automation options to drive the continuous improvement of the Contracts Management function.
