COMMERCIAL & CONTRACTS MANAGER

You will work in the Civil Engineering team. The Commercial and Contracts Manager, strategizes and proactively governs on all commercial and contract matters

- Contract negotiation
- Business improvement strategies.
- Process Improvement

EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL)

- Minimum 10 years' experience in large scale commercial contracts and governance ($20 Million +)
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry
- Demonstrated success in similar roles

SKILLS

- Demonstrated ability to analyse and understand conditions in all contracts, together with the ability to apply and comply with statutory legislation and regulations
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Extensive experience in the preparation and presentation of business cases
- Proven dispute resolution and diplomacy skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Highly developed relationship building experience
- Proven ability to drive outcomes through internal and external parties
- QUALITIES
- Ability to travel interstate as required
- Strong team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive nature
- You will have a background that encompasses telecommunications, mining and or construction and have similar positions in contracting organisations.
