Commercial Analyst

Commercial Analyst, Amersham

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Analyst to join the Commercial Finance Team within a leading organisation based in Amersham. This is a three month rolling contract starting immediately.

The purpose of this position is to support the Commercial Finance Manager and the Property and Legal Commercial Analyst. Working closely with Financial Accounting Team, the Commercial Analyst will be responsible for the following;

-Produce month end Financial Reporting
-Produce month end packs for the reviews with the directorates to include monthly results and performance against initiatives
-Work with the outsource partners for Rent, Rates and Utilities to improve analysis and interpretation of data
-Support the Financial Commercial Manager during the forecasting and budgeting process
-Respond to Shareholder queries accurately and in a timely manner

To be successful in this position, you must have proven analytical experience within a complex environment, have solid accounting skills and be proficient on Excel. You will ideally have worked within either a telecommunication or Property environment.
