Our client is an educational institution based in Central London. They support a variety of schools throughout theUKwith all policy and process being created and delivered from their Londonoffice. Currently they are going through a large change project which will affect the group as a whole. As a result, they are currently seeking an experienced reward professional to join the organisation and help drive this strategy. They are seeking an experienced compensation & benefits manager to join on a permanent basis. This role is paying up to £55K. The role: * To ensure the reward strategy is in line with the overall business strategy. * To support with the design and development of a competitive and effective reward structure. * Liaise with senior management/key stakeholders to provide advise and recommendations on pay and benefits. * Carry out job evaluations, benchmarking and market analysis. * Maintain and update all pay policies and procedures.(including salary review process) The ideal candidate will have: * Strong experience of supporting a reward function * Excellent analytical/technical reward skills * Experience of stakeholder management The ability to contribute to and drive pay policy
