Collections Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST to join our client in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA. This position is a 13 week long project with SAP AMERICA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers whom SAP has billed for 2014 Annual Maintenance.
- Contact these customers to ensure timely payment.
- Provide strong customer service.
- Resolve issues and document in the system.

Job Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Previous cash collections/accounts receivables experience.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus.
