Collections Clerk

- 9 WEEK CONTRACT INITIALLY
- NEGOTIABLE RATES
- PARRAMATTA LOCATION

This role is required to contact customers who owe a current debt to Tolling Group for the use of Toll Roads and Tolling Services and obtain payment from the customer.

The successful candidate will also be required to Update and Maintain databases, and report as appropriate.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Good Customer Relationship and Telephone Manners essential
- Demonstrated ability to achieve collection outcomes and manage customer queries and issues
- Experience in recording customer contacts appropriately using MS Excel spreadsheets and other tools as required
- Experience in resolving Customer queries/Issues and maintaining logs related to customer objections and requests
- MS Excel skills in manipulating data and generating reports
- Knowledge of Debt Recovery/Payment Process. (Credit Card/EFT/Cheque)
- Knowledge of Debtors System such as MYOB/SAP
- Understanding of Privacy and the Protection of Personal Information
