The role holder will take P&L responsibility for Bad Debt, ensuring that performance is monitored and issues addressed within a documented risk appetit and facilitate the businesses collections process, working with the COO and Head of Collections to implement strategic and tactical changes to control bad debt losses.
Your experience must involve managing, leading and developing a team of analysts to build scorecards using SAS and implement the necessary controls. Therefore some technical knowledge of SAS is necessary.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to project manage and be involved in the development of new products, processes, and pricing.
