18 MONTH CONTRACT: €23-€31K
Are you looking to develop your career in Banking? Thriving to work in a fast paced environment? Have you previous Mortgage Collections experience? If so, we should talk. A leading bank services outsourcer is currently seeking Collection Agents to join their team in Dublin City.
The primary function of the Collection agent will be to manage arrears calls/queries and provide the highest level of support to customers both internally and externally. Other duties include ensuring accurate data checking/database management while also adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional telephone manner, enthusiasm and commitment to developing a career in a target driven and dynamic environment. You must have a minimum of APA but Certificate in Mortgage Practice a distinct advantage. Previous collections/Arrears/Credit Control experience and/or working knowledge of Mortgage Products is a must.
