Collections Administrator

We are seeking a Collections Administrator for a 4 month contract role in Alpharetta, GA.

Skills:

Desired candidate will have at least 2 years of collection experience. He/she will need to be versed in accounting and dispute reconcilation. Intermediate Excel required. Good PC experience and Outlook required. Good communication both written and oral.

Responsibility:

Responsible for the administration of credit and collection activities and collection of aged receivables. Evaluates financial statements and related customer data to establish credit limits within department guidelines. Provides information to billing department regarding third party payment plans. May be responsible for billing and collection for leasing companies. Negotiates terms and resolves purchase and sales order discrepancies. Usually handles collections at a higher credit amount than Credit/Collections Coordinator.
