Responsible for managing operations of the collections system to ensure regulatory compliance in a cost effective manner. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and 5 years experience (including two years of supervisory experience) or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of this position.
