Collaboration System Lead - Vaccines Development Specialist Job

COLLABORATION SYSTEM LEAD-VACCINES DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST needed for a one (1) year CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cambridge, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Collaboration System Lead champions the global adoption of a three-dimensional virtual collaboration platform in Vaccines Development.
- Act as a subject matter expert and as such oversees the administration and deployment of the platform.
- Provide first level support and basic training to end users. The Collaboration System Lead will work liaise with partners such as IT and the platform vendor to ensure users are serviced and that the platform in maintained.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the platform, handles first level customer support questions, and determines which escalation Pathway is required for questions that cannot be resolved (platform vendor, IT helpdesk, etc)
- Monitors and enforces information security policies, appropriate use guidelines and training materials in collaboration with information governance and quality assurance teams
- Responsible for maintaining access rights and privileges for users and to ensure that users are periodically prompted to review any unprotected (unencrypted/password protected) confidential data available within their environment(s)
- Actively cultivates an internal team of champions that will serve as local change agents to drive adoption, answer basic support questions, and deploy pre-configured features of the platform Trains all champions and administrators in expert use of the platform, including 'super-user' capabilities
- Routinely trains end users on the basics of using the platform
- Identifies new and interesting ways to promote the platform internally to drive adoption
- Monitors performance/service metrics and works with vendor and other partners to resolve issues
- Collects, prioritizes and oversees implementation of change requests Coordinates and facilitates key virtual events, such as Global Townhall sessions
- Conducts analysis and tracking of key adoption metrics

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS degree or equivalent
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in administration of virtual collaboration tools or digital/online communities
- Demonstrated command of virtual collaboration tools and business use Change management or user adoption capabilities a plus Instructional design or training background a plus
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
