Coil Tubing Supervisor

* Supervises all coil tubing, pumping, nitrogen and potential hazardous chemical operations at the job site.
* Supervises all Company Personnel assigned to the job site.
* Operates fluid pumps, nitrogen pumps, coil tubing units, and all associated equipment without supervision.
* Conducts the pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of the coiled tubing units, N2 units, fluid pumps and other auxiliary equipment by completing pre and post job inspections.
* Conducts the maintenance and general upkeep of the coiled tubing units and related equipment.
* Monitors, inspects and adjusts all major equipment during operations to ensure the equipment's adequate operation, such adjusting pump and injection rates.
* Trains Equipment Operators, Service Technician I's, Service Technician II's and Service Supervisor Trainee's in equipment operations and procedures.
* Writes accurate job tickets, daily logs, pre- and post job reports, JSA's and other documentation as required.
* For land-based operations, drive and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states carrying CTS property that is used in furtherance of CTS's business and which substantially affects safety in intrastate transportation.
* Maintains a safe work area or job site by following the company's HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
