My client requires an experienced Cognos BI Support Analyst analyst to join their team to provide technical support, maintenance and upgrades for Business Intelligence Applications.

The successful Cognos BI Support Analyst will undertake 2nd line technical support on production services and diagnose/resolve complex BI technical issues.

You will be expected to use your expertise of Cognos to define and document processes/standards to strengthen the operation of the service. As well as Management, impact analysis and implementation support of change requests on the production service Definition and documentation of processes and standards to strengthen the operation of the service Provide out of hours support on a rota basis

The department is also looking to expand their technology stack throughout 2013, it will include Oracle BI and ETL products such as OBIEE, ODI and Essbase.

The successful Cognos BI Support Analyst will require the following technical skill set:
*IBM Cognos
*TM1
*Oracle BI
*ETL
*Data Warehousing
*OBIEE, ODI & Essbase (desired but not essential)
