CODER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Berkeley, CA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- CPC certification
- Expertise in CPT and HCPC procedures
- Administrative Experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Data entry of PHI into templates
- Provide administrative support: Anticipate, initiate actions and follow through to help in planning and organizing communications, tasks, projects and events
- Ability to learn COGNOS reporting tool, Powerpoint presentations, graphical layout, and assist in creating analytical reports
- Serve as communications liaison to medical services with physicians
- Review, recommend and maintain all future code changes for the crosswalk
- Develop and maintain provider training material on ICD-9CM/ICD-10CM coding and CPT/HCPC coding

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Certified Professional Coder - CPC or CCS - required
- Administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Expertise in CPT and HCPC procedure coding and ICD-9/ICD-10 diagnostic coding and medical terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
