Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Medical Coding Background
- Certified Professional Coding Certificate

What You'll Be Doing:
- Will triage medical records and rename and code the records and transition on as necessary
- Serve as the primary resource for medical coding information and updates
- Advise client on coding issues, provides in-depth research on new or unusual procedures
- Provide support to the Claims and Provider Relations departments
- Will supply cover and pricing information to client regarding unlisted codes

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Two-three (2-3) years of experience in medical coding
- Knowledge of insurance claims processing
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
- Intermediate level use of MS Word, Excel and Access
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
