Cobol & DB2 Mainframe Developer

We are looking for a Cobol & DB2 Mainframe Developer for an initial 3 months contract for our customer in Stockholm, Sweden to start ASAP

SPECIFIC COMPETENCE OR EXPERIENCE:

- At least 10 years of experience of Mainframe systems, particularly of large scale software upgrades and experience of Systems Management tools and processes Experience from earlier assignments in banks.
- delivery of technical support to design and deliver new solutions either in the application, Middleware or hardware space.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, and ideally ITIL certified
- Experience as a Software Architect and Designer on the z/OS platform
- Experience in application development - Cobol or similar, Eclipse, Java
- Experience from Finance or Banking sector.
- Fluent English skills - written and verbal, in Swedish would be an added bonus.

Consider as plus if the person has:

- Experience from software architecture and design on a Java platform and/or the Teradata platform.
