MY LEADING INVESTMENT BANKING CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR COACHING CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING TO IT PM'S TO SUPPORT PROJECT DELIVERY AND ENSURE THE APPROPRIATE FRAMEWORK IS IN LINE WITH DEFINED POLICY AND PROCESS.

The Coaching Role specifically includes:

-Coaching of IT staff including Project Managers through 1:1 targeted coaching, group coaching and facilitated workshops.
- Providing support to complete templates, tools, presentations etc. in line with defined policy, process and procedures to ensure project impact and risks are identified and appropriate governance is in place, whilst balancing the needs and pressures of the specific team/programme/project delivery context
- Providing support for Agile teams in estimating, project costing and scheduling
- Ensuring that project delivery teams also consider the "soft skills" required for effective project delivery
- Assisting with project lessons learned/retrospectives to identify improvement points in collaboration with other IT practitioners & IT Governance
- Maintaining and reporting the status of the coaching book of work

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS.

- Coaching experience (ideally within banking)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- An IT background in Banking/Financial Services
- A strong track record of delivery within a structured project environment
- Full-life cycle project management delivery/Prince 2
- Agile development environment
- Process improvement Lean/Six Sigma
- Training or Coaching qualification or experience in eg: NLP
- Ideally have - Specific exposure to investment banking technology platforms and processes would be advantageous eg Clearing, Trading, F2B, Murex,
