COACH ( TRAINER OF BUSINESS ANALYST ) - BELGIUM

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Act as a coach to improve the newer employees in their role as functional analyst
- Provide coaching in terms of the yield of the standard deliverables, the collection of requirements and the making of a functional analysis
- Handle the variety of projects with different employees work, paying attention to the cooperation with the project team and stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience and strong coaching skills
- Technical knowledge of system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Experience in projects with an impact on (work) processes
- Knowledge and understanding with IT & technology
- Effective and result oriented
- Can work independently and simultaneously as a team player
- Problem solving with a focus on simplicity and efficiency in the process
- Organizational and coordinating insight
- Ability to mobilize energy and enthuse people
- Fluent and convincing others through commitment, assertiveness and accessibility
