Coach/Evangelist

DevOps Coach/Evangelist required by leading financial services company to work across different tribes and scrums. You will help the product development teams to adopt best practices for developing, testing, deploying and releasing applications. This is part of a major Agile transformation programme to give the product development teams the maximum level of autonomy for developing, testing and deploying their applications. You must have end to end SDLC view and strong coaching skills to maximise the adoption of the defined practices and standards of the bank.

SKILLS:

- MUST have proven coaching within a DevOps and Agile environment.
- Proven understanding of the SDLC and experience of implementation of continuous build, integration and deployment systems.
- Experience in the administration, setup and maintenance of Jenkins as continuous build and integration platform.
- Experience of Java development and build using Maven.

EXPERIENCE OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Source code (SVNGit) and artefact repositories (Nexus)
- Scripting languages for automation
- Windows and Linux platform experience
- Ideally experience of code scanning tools (Sonar/Fortify) and mobile development tools for Androis and iOS platforms
