CO-ORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR - RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT/RECRUITMENT - INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Our client based in Leeds is currently recruiting for a recruitment Co-ordinator to work with them on an initial 6 month contract.

You will be responsible for

Working with the Research and Development Management team in developing and delivering recruitment assessment processes
Developing and co-ordinate interview and assessment centre schedules and ensure that all room bookings and internal logistics are arranged and maintained
Arrangeing travel and accommodation for interview candidates
Arranging travel for R&D staff involved in recruitment promotion events
Developing and overseeing the induction and on-boarding process for new hires
Ensuring that new staff have all IT hardware and system access rights arranged prior to start date
Developing comprehensive project plans and deliver regular management status reports
Managing social media content developed for recruitment advertising and insights

Skills

Excellent planning and organisational skills
Competent in project management tools (MS Project)
Competent in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint)
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Demonstrates initiative and drive.
Ideally you will be a Post Graduate (preferred - science subject)
