CMO Enrollments Officer (12 Month Contract) - Operation - RBC - Toront

THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE. POSITION PURPOSE:

-Responsible for monitoring and responding to the requests being sent to our generic mailboxes, RBCX work lists and the Goldmine application. Responsible for the enrolment and maintenance of various CMO products.
-All responsibilities are in accordance with Code of Conduct, RBC Values and Guiding Principles ensuring adherence to Privacy principles

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES:

-Responsible for the fulfillment of enrolment and maintenance of various Cash Management Operations products.
-All responsibilities are in accordance with Code of Conduct, RBC Values and Guiding Principles ensuring adherence to Privacy principles
-Ensure enrolment/maintenance requests are attended to as per established SLA - 95% within 2 business days.
-Demonstrate Client First Initiative by being responsive to the needs of all areas in CMO and working together to add value to the customer.
-Identify potential efficiency gains on an ongoing basis and maintain a continuous process efficiency environment/mind set.
-Accept responsibility and ensure problem determination/resolution is handled promptly and efficiently and whenever necessary, assistance/escalation action is taken to resolve issues quickly.
-Ensure due diligence is placed when performing enrolment/maintenance activities as it relates to privacy breach incidents.

- Supports the following: Sales Force, GBSC, BSC, Account Manager, Associate Account Manager, Project Manager, and Product Manager
-Financial and reputational impact on clients and RBC if maintenance requests are processed inaccurately
-Authorized for Cross Border approvals

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday to Friday, with the flexibility in hours required between 8am to 6:30pm.
