CMMi Process Engineer (CMMI and Six Sigma Belt)

Quality/Process Improvement Engineer (CMMI - Six Sigma Belt) for a large ATM ORGANIZATION located in BRUSSELS,

I'm currently looking for a PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER for developing and maintaining the mission critical systems, providing, integrating, deploying and supporting the technical facilitates.

Technical/Professional Qualifications:

General:

- PM BOK AND/OR PMI methodology
- SIX SIGMA BELT
- Understanding of SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY RELATED STANDARDS AND METHODOLOGIES
- Minimum 3 YEARS experience in a structured PROGRAMME OFFICER or QUALITY MANAGEMENT ENVIRONMENT. Experience in applying QUALITY CONTROL TECHNIQUES and producing clear and concise documents or reports in English
- Basic knowledge and understanding of IT, software development methods and life cycle
- Experience in one or several of the following areas is an advantage:
- CMMI PROCESS IMPROVEMENT in particular PROJECT MANAGEMENT related process groups;
- MISSION CRITICAL SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
- AIR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT concepts

Personal:

- Good training, interpersonal, persuasion and coaching skills
- Must be able to work and cope with pressure of a demanding environment
- Desire and ability to work in an international environment
