CMMI Assessment Leader based in Brussels with Insurance Experience
4 Month Mission starts 03/11
Must be able to speak Dutch & French to a business standard
- CMMI lead the assessment exercise evaluating the organization's maturity on CMMI Level 2 and 3 process areas
- To consolidate the result, analyse and propose process improvement actions based on the assessment results
- Validate with IT staff and management
Capable of working autonomously and in a team
* Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
* Excellent planning & prioritization skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Having an eye for details
* Critical thinker
* Strongly motivated to work with IT
* Someone who goes "all the way" in his/her work
Minimum of 4 years of experience involving auditing and quality assurance within a project-based CMMI environment
* Previous experience analysing processes and procedures in
* Minimum of 4 years of working knowledge of CMMI V1.3 (or V1.2 with V1.3 Upgrade Training)
* Working knowledge of process improvement initiatives and models and how they are implemented on projects
