CMDB Development Analyst

Our Livingston client is seeking a CMDB Development Analyst for an initial 3 month contract.

You must have the following experience:

Significant experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of the Configuration Management Database.
Microsoft SQL Server experience.
Knowledge and application of ITIL.
Experience in producing written reports, technical diagrams and presenting ideas in user -friendly language.
Comprehensive analytical skills.
Ability to undertake problem solving to root cause.
Ability to produce meaningful and concise written reports.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written with strong negotiation skills.

Desirables:

Experience in providing input to the development of strategies, policies and procedures.
Knowledge and application of ITIL to practioner level.
Knowledge and understanding of PRINCE2 Project Management methodology.
Knowledge of IT Service Continuity procedures.
