Finite are on the lookout for a Cloud Support Engineer to work for an industry leader based in the heart of the CBD. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in providing technical support in a large Cloud environment. We are after a hands-on person who can pick up quickly and deliver tasks in the current complex computing environment. This role is urgent and we require the candidate to be able to start immediately or with 1-2 weeks notice.

You will have:
Has past success in providing extensive support of Mission Critical 24x7 IT Services
3-4 years involvement in Virtualisation (eg VMware, Xen, Hyper-V)
Extensive experience in building and troubleshooting Servers platforms and major Operating Systems (eg Windows, Red Hat Linux, Solaris)
Industry Qualifications are a must (MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP)
Be able to work in a 24/7 rotating shift
