We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.
Position Title: Cloud Support Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: May 2015
Duration: 6 months rolling
Location: China

Responsibilities:
Client C level interfacing to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
Lead a cross-department team in analysing and understanding telecom operator challenges and business strategy.
Provide consulting service so as to be able to recommend customized service solutions and/or identify new Customer Support service product opportunities.
Assist Operators in Service Portfolio Planning.
Create Customer Support Service Product Trusted Advisor status in nominated target accounts.
Represent Customer Support Service/Product solutions to appropriate industry forums.
Develop business consulting capabilities for Customer Support Service Product
Educate the Customer Support Service Product consulting team.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
10+ years of strong experience in telecommunications industry especially in IT (NFV) business.
Operator or telecommunications consultancy background.
Experience in areas of service product development, service product modelling analysis, and trend evaluation is desired.
Good communication skills. Good organizational and cross-departmental skills.
Fluent English, Chinese is a plus.
