Cloud Solution Architect/Cloud Contact Center Professional

Description:

Plan and implement the migration of the Contact Centers services and systems to the cloud and make sure that the level of service provided is equivalent to or better than that provided by the classical (Centralized in-house) Contact Center.

The professional must possess the following qualities to be able to undertake the underlined roles and responsibilities:

Experienced Cloud Solutions Architect.
Plans, designs, implements and supports enterprise-scale, automated, virtualized infrastructure and services.
Deep knowledge across the domains of enterprise architecture as related to service delivery and cloud technologies.
Develop and innovate current virtualized infrastructures into IaaS systems including monitoring,
Develop IaaS systems for expansion within and beyond current data centers, and identification and development of new service platforms (PaaS, SaaS, CCaaS).
Put deliver hybrid cloud computing technologies and services to the enterprise to enable broad complicated business requirements and platforms.
Hands-on development and implementation within a fast-moving, agile group who interacts with and supports business customers
Well-grounded, hands-on understanding of server, network and storage systems, an understanding of systems integration and automation
An eagerness to learn quickly, develop robust support models in an agile/flexible manner
Apply new technologies and services.
Possess wide and rich project management capabilities.
Possess strong negotiation capabilities and skills
Possess wide system analysis and system support capabilities and experience.
Ability to conduct impact assessment, risk and consequence studies.
