For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:

CLOUD SERVICES PROJECT ASSISTANT

to manage the client's markets cloud inventory ( coordinate/clean data, manage/report regularly on deliverables and update Cloud-based staff Intranet pages)

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Manage overall Cloud Services inventory to ensure high level of data quality by developing and applying data quality rules.
- Interact with markets to verify and collect complete and accurate information as well as to publish statistics on Cloud Services
- Execute and deliver regular reports on compliance measures covering all Streams, Markets and Cloud Services
- Support the regular Global Cloud Services
- Review meeting by taking care of administrative activities such as record create, updating of statuses, collection of Documentary evidence
- Document standard operating procedures for staying compliant and offshoring these activities

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- A broad understanding of IT business applications and supporting IT infrastructure.
- Strong Project management experience PMP CERTIFIED
- Excellent MS OFFICE SKILLS (MS-Project, Microsoft SHAREPOINT, POWERPOINT and EXCEL)
- Strong Issue and Risk Management skills
- Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent in English

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2014 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN VEVEY. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
