Cloud Developer - CIAC, CCP, Scripting, Programming, Automation, Netwo

Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a CLOUD DEVELOPER for a multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells networking equipment.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Experience in large cloud solutions implementations
- Hands-on experience in Infrastructure As a Service, under cloud domain with demonstrable experience in this area
- Hands-on experience in designing and architecting cloud solutions.
- Proven SDLC and Agile experience.
- Understanding of any service catalogue product - preferably Newscale.
- Understanding of any workflow management system.
- Experience in setup configurations and implementation of Orchestration engines. Preferably Tidal.
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Can do multitasking with ease and within timelines

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop custom content/workflows/automation using CPO and CCP artifacts
- Troubleshoot the CIAC problems
- Ongoing Development of the CIAC solution
- Customer interactions for problem inquiry and resolution
- Install software (Cisco CIAC Suite and from 3rd party if needed) and recreate the problem in the lab if needed
- Write Validation Test Plan for the problem
- Document the results including steps taken to resolve the problem and changes made to the customer environment
- Good customer interaction in English
- Understand handoff information provided by the TAC engineer with respect to the case and problem at hand

EDUCATION

- Engineering degree in computer science

EXPERIENCE

- At least 3-8 years of experience in software delivery/support/development

Generic skills

- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to write and execute test cases for cloud solution
- Ability to automate using native scripts
- Understanding of generic support framework and tools.

MANDATORY KEY SKILLS

- Scripting - JavaScript (a must - Scripting programming skills - JavaScript or Bash or Perl etc)
- Programming - HTML/DHTML,SQL
- Automation - Regular Expressions, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, X-Path and XSLT.
- Networking - Cisco Switching/Routing (Basic network experience is a must),
- Operating Systems - Linux, Unix, Windows Servers (basic experience is a must)
- Enterprise Integration knowledge
- Knowledge of Billing, Mediation, Ticketing system
- Service provider experience is a Plus.
- Basic Virtualisation knowledge.

CLOUD AND CIAC RELATED SKILLS

- CIAC - CIAC 3.0, CPO (TIDAL) and CCP (NEWSCALE) or Equivalent product expertise
- Hypervisors - Knowledge of atleast one hypervisor - preferable
- Compute & Networking Conceptual knowledge
- Very good exposure to cloud technologies and products.
- English & German verbal and written language skills are Mandatory.

- HP: Opsware Network and Server Automation
- Citrix Cloudstack,
- Automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, Cobbler, Capistrano
- AWS, RightScale, Cloud, Cloupia, and others
- CA: UniCenter,
