Cloud Business Analyst

Our client is a major pharmaceutical business that is constantly expending its IT capability across key locations.

We currently have a high profile initial 3 month contract for a business analayst/BA who can plug into the existing cloud programs:

Responsibilities:
*Support of TIS Public Clouds service line in the ITOM Deployment project (Process & Data Migration from RemedyOnDemand to ServiceNow)
*Technical and process analysis specific to Public Cloud service line
*Alignment and cooperation with TIS Deployment workstream leads
*Administration, coordination, progress tracking and reporting
*Assisting with the business case
*Planning and monitoring of further steps as well as prediction
*Task analysis and evaluating surveys and workshop results.
*Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues.
*Using IT resources at an advanced level to create IT solutions, enabling organisations to better meet their goals.
*Advising senior management.
*Training staff in how to use the new systems.

Requirements:
*Proven expertise in collecting requirements/requirement analysis in a complex environment
*Proven expertise in facilitation & documentation of User Requirements, Functional and/or Technical Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, Training documentation and/or instructions
*Experience in validated environments (CSV)
*Experience with enterprise document management processes & systems in Pharma Industry and related procedures and collaboration tools
*At least six years of experience
