Clinical Trial Project Assistant Job

CLINICAL TRIAL PROJECT ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support the goals of the Oncology BU Support production of comprehensive business reports, data extracts and tools to improve and maintain CTMS data quality and operations performance utilizing advanced excel, PowerPoint, graphing and systems skills.
- Collaborate with line functions to investigate and develop new reports that improve quality and efficiency.
- Raise alerts where current status of data quality or performance is at risk to achieving business goals Serve as lead on IT projects around automation of reports or development of tools to aid/drive process improvement as appropriate.
- Support related systems as acting subject matter expert to SharePoint, CTMS, Site Nomination tools, Performance Metric Tool, and Dashboards. Oversee quality control of reports/tools functionality As Knowledge expert of data and systems, provide support to both the Field Monitoring and Project Management Organizations.
- Support CTMS data entry and maintenance of country, site and patient visit level data as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Proven mathematics, statistics and/or analytical skills (Excel/Minitab or similar statistical tools) including equations, functions and workbook generation.
- Proven strong Microsoft Office skills (ie MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) Proven strong writing/presentation and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet timelines and manage work independently.
- Proven ability to work unilaterally or within teams.
- Detail oriented with superior organization and documentation skills Knowledge of Process Improvement Methodology preferred.
- Experience in clinical research/regulatory processes a plus.
- Fluent English (oral and written)
