Clinical Trial Assistant (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Responsible for the management of logistic and administrative tasks related to the start-up, execution and closing of Phase 1-3 clinical trials
-Perform all duties and activities according to the current list of Roles and Responsibilities
-Know and adhere to Company SOPs, ICH GCP and national regulatory requirements and local productivity targets
-Assist in training of Company staff as required Place in the organization
-Report directly to one of the GCO BeNeLux Unit heads
-Be a member of the local clinical trial team and work closely together with the SM/CRA and with the LTM/Phase I Trial Manager on a specific trial or trials

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Education in business and management administration or other relevant education for the function Clinical Drug Development
-Basic knowledge of clinical drug development and regulatory processes and procedures within GCO Clinical Trials
-Team work: proactive contribution to local Clinical Trial team activities
-Computer literacy: advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of a variety of software packages (Microsoft applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, access
-Use a range of computer-based systems (e.g. CTMS, internet applications, e-Rooms) to track and monitor trial and investigational site-related activities
-Managing workloads: ability to organize multiple priorities and projects and work independently within area of responsibility
-Interpersonal skills - good command of speaking and writing of country languages and English, ability to communicate effectively with investigational site staff, team members and functional manager
