Clinical Supply Manager with profound MS Excel and SharePoint knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharma or Life Science, Business Administration Degree is an asset
- 2+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industries in technical (CMC) development or similar disciplines in a global environment, preferably with exposure to Biologics
- Very good understanding of development and technical operations environments
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and SharePoint, experience in Planview Horizon is an asset
- Ability to work hands-on with complex IT system coupled with technical and database skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting Project Leader in managing technical subteams for assigned projects, maintaining cross-functional project plans and working packages in the Project Management system
- Ensuring operational excellence by proficient, accurate and harmonised project planning
- Warranting compliance of resource planning and tracking in line with defined strategy and categorisation
- Providing downloads and reports of resources in respective IT-system
- Collaborating with Stakeholders in service functions, providing customer support and ensuring strong customer focus
- Handling new assignments with minimal supervision and working independently
