Clinical Supply & Documentation Specialist

Harvey Nash is looking for a Clinical Supply & Documentation Specialist for a 10 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate

You are responsible for

. content creation in the SAP Global Management Tool (SAP GLM) for phrase library and label management
. Generating labels for Investigational Medicinal Products and ensuring quality and agreed milestones
. for label compliance with study-specific, country-specific and QA requirements as well as with clients standards of compliance
. Working according to appropriate SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISEC & clients guidelines
. Maintaining phrase library
. Performing and documenting GMP conform activities related to label creation and phrase library maintenance according to SOPs
. Communicating and addressing issues to involved partners or customers and proposes corrective actions

Requirements

. Experiences with a data manager, artwork manager, scheduler or similar.
