Clinical Supplies Manager

A Leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Organisation are seeking to appoint a Clinical Supplies Manager to Manage all aspects of the Clinical Product Supply Chain for all international studies. This role will include vendor management of all third party service providers.

Main Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to):

+ Support Clinical Development in order to meet all clinical project deliverables

+ Support Clinical Development by selecting vendors for IVR/IWRS, labelling, packaging, distribution and supply logistics

+ Responsible for reviewing all Clinical Study Protocols and provide input into the clinical supple sections

+ Act as a point of contact for all vendors

+ Responsible for creating and implementing supply strategy in order to maximise supply efficiency and minimise waste within all participating Countries and clinical sites

+ Responsible for supporting the Manufacturing team with the label and packaging design process, and to provide expertise on the Country-specific requirements for both investigational drugs and devices

+ Participate in and/or lead departmental process improvement initiatives

Skills/Attributes:

+ Educated to Degree level in a Scientific discipline

+ Solid experience of Management of Clinical Supplies for multi-regional investigational drug/device trials

+ Understanding of GMP and ICH guidelines, and Global regulatory standards for labelling of investigational products (both drugs and devices)

+ Proven record of previous Project Management
