WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Monitoring Argus Action Items.
- Scanning of source documents and creating PDF documents for Argus cases.
- Runs standard Contacts listings for follow-up letters in Argus.
- Preparing and mailing follow-up letters.
- Manages incoming postal mail and triages appropriately .
- Performs file management activities including, accurate records management, and archiving and retrieval of case file information as necessary.
- Perform audits of case files to identify process/training issues.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience with ARGUS is preferred
- Medical Terminology is required
- Attention to detail is a must
