CLINICAL STUDY MONITOR - EARLY PHASE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Research Triangle Park, NC.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Perform all site development, site set-up, site monitoring, and site close-out activities for specific clinical trial investigator sites in accordance with customer expectations, operating standards and GCPs.
- Understand study objectives and accomplishments in a Matrix and line team environment working closely with project management on site progress, timelines and budget issues.
- Assures adherence to GCP, investigator integrity, and compliance with all study procedures.
- Assists with site staff training when appropriate. Reviews the quality and integrity of clinical data through (1) remote review of eCRF data and (2) on-site source verification.
- Works with sites to resolve data queries. Escalate and resolve complex monitoring, regulatory and investigational product compliance issues through discussion with Project Staff, or other departments.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Four-year Degree in Life Sciences or 4-year professional degree in life science/medical.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of early phase clinical studies and criticalness of meeting study milestones.
- Demonstrated knowledge and maintenance of GCP Regulations, Conduct of Clinical Research and assigned therapeutic area.
- Demonstrated technical expertise and computer skills, including electronic data capture
- Three to four (3 - 4) years minimum CRA experience
- One to three (1 - 3) years of experience in therapeutic area of oncology
- Previous Phase I/II monitoring experience is a MUST
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
