Clinical Safety Scientist Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CLINICAL SAFETY SCIENTIST to join our client in Research Triangle Park, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Processing, initial and follow-up cases and expedited reporting of clinical trial case reports of serious adverse events and pregnancies.
- Working with both paper SAE forms and electronic SAE forms in INFORM.
- Input of data to in-house safety database.
- Generating queries to investigators and clinical personnel.
- Assessing reportability of cases and submitting required regulatory reports within stringent timeframes.
- Must meet both quantity and quality expectations, must pass certification for case handling.
- Liaison with medical personnel regarding adverse event reports.
- Administrative activities relating to case processing, for self and on behalf of Clinical Safety Group.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum BS in Life Sciences is required.
- Healthcare Professional degrees are preferred.
