Clinical Research Associate Job

CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for implementation of operational aspects of clinical development and medical affairs trials in the US Hematology franchise.
- Interfacing with the oncology therapeutic area global and U.S. clinical team members to conduct trials in maintenance phase and closeout.
- Serve as U.S. Local trial lead for global clinical development trial(s) and trial leader for several US investigators initiated trials (IITs).
- Liaise with study investigators, site research staff, and field based colleagues to support clinical trials. Trial related activities include but are not limited to enrollment tracking, updating trial information in various systems and databases, drug shipment, drug forecasting, collection and maintenance of TMF documents, invoice processing, and working with vendors/CROs on recruitment related projects.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Four-year university degree (BA/BS) in Life Sciences, Nursing, or equivalent.
- 3 years technical and operational experience in planning, executing, reporting and publishing clinical studies in a pharmaceutical company or contract research organization, oncology and management experience preferred.
- Proficient in all aspects of the clinical development process and GCP.
- Have experience in interacting with oncology key opinion leaders/investigators
- Demonstrated operational skills and experience related to clinical research involving both single and multi-center trials
- Ability to work across multiple functions, working independently and ability to collaborate and work effectively in teams.
- Understand key processes and tools for clinical trial allocation, site set-up, trial performance and tracking.
