IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support the Project Lead in ensuring all operational trial deliverables are met according to timelines, budget, operational procedures and quality standards
-Support the Project Lead in preparation of clinical outsourcing specifications and in the follow up with day to day operation with vendors
-Support the Project Lead in the management of the trial master file
-Support the Project Lead in managing interactions with the clinical trial team and CROs
-Assist the Project Lead in coordination of activities leading to site initiation
-Support the Project Lead by generating periodic data cleaning reports as assigned
-Support the Project Lead in trial close out activities
-Organize clinical trial team meetings and prepare meeting minutes
-Assist the Project Lead in tracking and following up on outstanding actions from the clinical trial team meetings
-Assist the Project Lead in the coordination of the trial monitoring board activities (i.e., Adjudication Committees and Data Monitoring Committees) as assigned

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience as CRA and clinical project management
-Excellent experience with all aspects of clinical trial from initiation to close-out, trial master file and data cleaning reports as a project manager
-Attention to detail, and high quality and precision of documents/documentation
-Excellent English
